1 Parties to the Agreement and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the jau9 platform ("jau9", "we", "our") and any person who registers on or browses this platform ("you", "member", "user"). By accessing the jau9.lat website, creating an account, or using any service, you fully accept all provisions of these Terms.

4 Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one jau9 account. Creating more than one account by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found:

• All related accounts will be closed immediately.
• All earned bonuses and winnings will be cancelled.
• The balance may or may not be returned — a decision will be made based on the circumstances.

5 Accuracy of Account Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration and afterwards. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate closure of your account. If your information changes, you must inform our support team immediately.

6 Deposit Terms

The following rules apply when depositing funds into jau9:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gambling purposes.
• Depositing funds from a third party's account is prohibited.

7 Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from your account:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawal funds will only be returned to the same method used for the deposit.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal.

9 Welcome Bonus Terms

jau9 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The following conditions apply to this bonus:

• Wagering Requirement: 25 times the bonus amount.
• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus; total balance ৳2,000.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus; total balance ৳26,000.
• The bonus applies only once, at the time of the first deposit.
• jau9 reserves the right to change or withdraw bonus offers at any time.

10 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are for personal use only and are not transferable to others.
• Bonuses from different promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Using any systematic or algorithmic method to earn bonuses is prohibited.
• jau9 reserves the right to investigate suspicious bonus use and cancel bonuses.

11 VIP Program Terms

jau9's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on your account activity and your relationship with jau9. jau9 reserves the right to modify the VIP program at any time.

12 Account Security

Ensuring the security of your jau9 account is entirely your responsibility. You must:

• Use a strong and unique password.
• Not share your login details with anyone.
• Notify us immediately if you notice any suspicious activity on your account.

You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account, unless you can prove the account was accessed without authorisation.

13 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jau9 platform:

1. Engaging in fraud, deception or any dishonest activity.
2. Placing bets using automated software, bots or artificial intelligence.
3. Creating or managing multiple accounts.
4. Coordinated activity aimed at exploiting the system or bonuses (collusion).
5. Exploiting any system error or bug to gain an unfair advantage.
6. Using the platform for money laundering or the cleaning of illegal funds.
7. Harassing, insulting or harmful behaviour towards other users.

Any of the above violations will result in immediate account closure and all funds may be forfeited.

18 Service Availability

19 Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jau9 will not be liable for the following:

You bear full responsibility for your own financial decisions.

20 Changes to Terms & Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Contact the support team to close your account. Any applicable balance at the time of closure will generally be refunded, unless the closure is due to a breach of terms.
